First time to Maple Street Biscuit Company. We were warmly greeted. I love that they call your name based on 'what you would do with a million dollars.' That's fun! However, I don't know if it was the location itself or the fact it was a holiday (President's Day) but we arrived at 10:50 and didn't receive our food until 11:20. And there weren't a ton of people there. I only saw 3 employees. Everything looked appetizing when it finally came out. Unfortunately, my husband's gravy was cold on the Five and Dime. We didn't want to say anything since it had already taken so long. I got the Squawking Goat. It was good, not great, but good. Biscuits are yummy! My kids also had good meals. I would try it again but maybe not this location. Just don't expect it to come out fast. 😬

This restaurant has potential. The squawking chicken is floating in jelly, just FYI. The coffee is yummy. The atmosphere can be extremely loud and chaotic but if you go early enough you may miss the crowd. I suggest using your own name when they ask you a question, that way you know for sure it's your food and not someone else's. Enjoy!

The food is absolutely delicious. OMG I ordered the Bluegrass Grits Bowl and never expected the flavor to be so amazingly prominent for grits. I'm a Southern girl and normally have to "doctor up" grits when I order them at a restaurant. Well not here, I just chowed down. The only negative here is the nonchalant impersonal workers.

Delicious food! We really enjoyed the chicken biscuit with goat cheese and pepper jelly as well as the self-serve coffee. Fast and friendly service too! We will be back.

Love this place! Great menu. Delicious breakfast food (and large portions)! I love the atmosphere. It is suitable to a one on one breakfast, or a large group. Lots of seating options available. The staff is so friendly. Whenever you eat here they ask a comical question, and that is what will be called when your food is ready (ie: "If you could live in any mythical land, where would you live?). This is a go to for Saturday morning breakfast with friends. Update: Breakfast today was delicious as always. 😁 Risky Biscuits!

The food was good but just average breakfast food. The gravy was really good though. When we ordered, they asked me my favorite musician name which I was thrown off by. I answered and then realized later on that the answer was the food pick up name. I almost forgot what answer I said. I think the persons real name or giving table numbers makes more sense.

I waited for over 30 minutes for one squawking goat with two people ahead of me. No urgency. I was ignored at the counter for several minutes before someone came to take my order. Make sure you have an hour if you plan on eating here.
